How to Order

1. Create your account Click “Log in” at the top of the page, then “Create an account”. Enter your name, your e-mail address and your delivery address.

   Are you a professional? Tell us when you register and attach a supporting document. We accept any document showing training or activity in the beauty sector, whichever country issued it — see the full list on the Professional Account page. Approval usually takes one working day.

2. Choose your products Browse the catalogue by brand, by category, or use the search function. Every product page gives the composition, the directions for use and the safety precautions.

   Some products are reserved for certified professionals. They only become visible and available to order once your professional account has been approved.

3. Check your basket Click the basket icon to check the items, the quantities and the total amount. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm. You can change or remove an item at any time.
4. Confirm your order Enter your delivery and billing addresses, choose your payment method, then confirm. A full summary is shown before the final payment — you can still correct every detail at this stage.

   Express delivery is available at CHF 25.00 when you check out, in addition to standard delivery and free collection at the showroom.

5. Pay

   Payment methods accepted:

   • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay
   • TWINT
   • Bank transfer

   Professional customers: approved accounts may choose payment against invoice at 30 days. We reserve the right to make an order subject to advance payment before dispatch; first orders are as a rule paid in advance.

   Payment is secure. We never have access to your card details.

6. Receive your confirmation A confirmation e-mail is sent automatically once payment is made, with the order summary and, as soon as the parcel is dispatched, the tracking number.
