– KART PODOLOGY Pédicure
A hypoallergenic cushioning material used in chiropody and podiatry to reduce pressure and friction on a sensitive area of the foot. Placed around a corn, callus or irritated area, it prevents contact with footwear and allows the tissue to heal.
Semi-compressed merino wool felt, 5 mm thick: the thick version, for pressure points requiring firm relief. Zinc oxide-based adhesive. Treated against bacteria and fungi.
Hypoallergenic adhesive backing: the material stays firmly in place whilst worn and can be removed without leaving any marks on the skin. It can be cut to size with scissors, allowing the shape to be adapted to each area.

How to use
Cut out the desired shape and size — usually a ring or a horseshoe shape with an opening that matches the lesion exactly. Clean and degrease the skin, remove the protective film from the adhesive side, then apply the material so that the area to be relieved remains within the opening, without coming into contact with it.
Replace the patch as soon as it comes away, becomes saturated or loses its thickness.
Precautions
For external use only.
Do not apply to broken, infected or inflamed skin.
In cases of diabetes, circulatory disorders or neuropathy, the decision to use this product should be made by a podiatrist.
Remove immediately if redness, itching or pain occurs whilst the patch is in place.
