Meso Peptide Lift — needle-free mesotherapy

Apply the Meso Peeling Cream in an even layer to the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, dampen your fingertips and massage in with gentle movements, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

This step removes the layer of dead skin cells that hinders absorption. It is a gentle, mechanical process that does not involve acids: this is precisely what makes the treatment suitable for sensitive skin, where a fruit acid peel would be contraindicated.

In a glass container, place 10 drops of 3D hyaluronic acid, then add 5 to 10 drops of the cocktail corresponding to the aim of the session — Age Repair for sagging skin and wrinkles. Mix and apply area by area, in the order in which they will be treated.

The eye contour area is treated separately: apply a few drops of Eye Lift Cocktail, smoothing it in before using the device. Hyaluronic acid isn’t just there to make up the numbers — it acts as a carrier. It retains water on the skin’s surface and prevents the device from working on dry skin, which would be both uncomfortable and ineffective.

Add the US Gel Meso as you go along and work area by area, reapplying a portion of the cocktail to each new area. Never pass the device head over dry skin.

Option — radiofrequency prior to application. If the device has this function, a radiofrequency pass should precede this step: it heats the dermis, increases microcirculation and permeability, and prepares the skin. Radiofrequency does not drive molecules into the skin — it is the ultrasound that delivers them. The two complement each other; they are not interchangeable. Monitor thermal tolerance at all times and never apply RF and ultrasound consecutively to skin that is already red.

Apply a thick layer of the Mega Moist Mask to the entire face, neck and décolleté, and massage in for 10 to 15 minutes. Pat off any excess — this mask does not necessarily need to be rinsed off.

To enhance the results, place a pre-moistened gauze pad on top, followed by the Over All Alginate Mask; leave on for 10 minutes and remove the whole thing in one go. Alginate does not work on its own: it seals in and helps the products underneath to penetrate the skin.

The Calamine mask should only be used here if the treatment was carried out using a mesopen and the skin has reacted. After an ultrasound treatment on mature skin, it is unnecessary and even counterproductive: it is astringent and drying.

Apply the Meso Intensive Serum, followed by the Meso Hydra Cream and the Meso Eye Lift to the eye area using light tapping motions. Finish by applying sun protection if the session takes place during the day.

This is also the time to introduce the home care routine; it is part of the treatment protocol, not a sales pitch. The first three days following the treatment have their own routine, which is simpler and offers greater protection; after that, you move on to the regular maintenance routine. Without this follow-up care, the skin loses within three weeks what a single treatment has provided, and the entire course of treatment amounts to paying for a temporary effect.
