Hair extensions and thickening with a volumising gel in a bottle
The modelling gel in a bottle combines the elasticity of a primer with the consistency of a modelling gel. It allows you to strengthen thin nails, slightly extend the free edge and correct the curvature without resorting to the traditional nail extension process.
The difficulty, however, lies elsewhere: as this product is less dense than gel in a tray, it tends to run into the cuticles if the first coat is applied too thickly or if the hand is not turned during self-levelling. This guide describes a method for applying the product in a controlled manner, layer by layer.
Remove any wood shavings and layers of grease. The gel in this bottle has a more liquid consistency than that in the small bottle: it adheres even less to surfaces that have not been properly degreased.

Both products are simply irreplaceable. On oily or damp nails, the varnish peels off in one piece after just a few days: it starts peeling from the centre rather than the edges.

Apply a very thin layer over the entire surface, taking care not to touch the cuticles, and leave it to dry. This layer does not increase the thickness of the nail: it serves as a base for the material to be applied later.

Apply a drop to the affected area and turn your palm over so that the product spreads by itself before it sets. Choose the shade according to the desired result: clear, milky or with nude-toned coverage; the application technique remains the same.

Once the structure has set, shape it to the desired form and finish the edges with a 100/180-grit file. Polishing the tip at this stage would destroy the reinforcement; therefore, finish the side surfaces and the free edge, but not the tip.

The glossy top coat seals the structure and protects the material. It is essential to seal the free edge properly: this is precisely where moisture penetrates the artificial nail.
Top Gel Glass+ 15 ml
Remove any sticky residue left after applying the final coat. Use a lint-free cloth dampened with washing-up liquid and wipe each nail once, without wiping the same area twice.
