– KART Effective
The Clear & Matte Face Kit – Complete is the full version of the KART routine for oily, combination or blemish-prone skin. It adds to the basic trio two products that tackle the root cause rather than just visible shine.
The philosophy behind the range can be summed up in one sentence: do not dry out the skin. Oily skin that is irritated by harsh, stripping products produces even more sebum in response. Clear & Matte regulates without drying out and mattifies without clogging the pores.
The kit contains:
• KART 7500 Purity Foam — 230 ml. Soap-free and SLS-free cleanser, for use morning and evening.
• KART 7501 Normalising Tonic — 150 ml. Alcohol-free toner that restores the skin’s pH to its natural level.
• KART 7502 Balancing Elixir. Serum that regulates sebaceous gland activity and improves the appearance of pores.
• KART 7503 Mattifying Fluid. A moisturising emulsion with a matt finish, free from occlusive films.
• KART 7504 Night Gel Corrector. A targeted night gel; frequency of use depends on skin profile.
The detailed step-by-step routine and the table of the five skin profiles can be found in the Clear & Matte protocol in the Home Care section.
Features
• A comprehensive five-step routine for oily and blemish-prone skin
• Targets sebum production, not just shine
• Cleanses without compromising the skin’s barrier
• Moisturises with a matt finish; works well under make-up
• Night gel formulations tailored to five skin types
• 8 per cent cheaper than buying the products separately
How to use
1. Morning and evening: apply the Purity Foam to a damp face, rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
2. Soak a cotton pad with Normalising Tonic and sweep it over the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area.
3. Apply a few drops of Balancing Elixir until fully absorbed.
4. Apply a thin layer of Matifying Fluid. On combination skin, focus on the T-zone.
5. In the evening only, finish with the Night Gel Corrector: every evening on very shiny or damaged oily skin; twice a week on mildly oily skin; apply locally only to combination skin; avoid using on sensitive or irritated skin.
In the morning, finish with sun protection.
Results in terms of sebum production should be assessed over six to eight weeks, not just a few days.
Precautions
For external use only. Avoid the eye area. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
This is a cosmetic product and not a treatment for acne. If you have extensive inflammatory lesions, nodules or cysts, consult a dermatologist. If you are being treated with isotretinoin or topical retinoids, seek advice from your GP before use.
The Night Gel Corrector is not recommended for sensitive or irritated skin: daily use may cause redness.
